Alfonso is an excellent realtor and I truly believe everyone in Las Cruces who is buying or selling a house should go with Alfonso. I applied for a loan and was approved but was given poor information from the lender. I found the house of my dreams through Alfonso in the area that I love and wanted to jump on it. Alfonso found out that it wasn't likely that my loan would go through and immediately set me up with someone who could make it happen with an FHA. I was afraid we wouldn't get the home and because my lease was running out I had to move fast. Alfonso wasn't worried he got me all the right information and helped with the loan and the new lender had it processed and we moved in 20 days later!!!!! Thank you Alfonso.
